RESERVATION POLICIES:

The Refuge is meant to be for couples to attend together, so reservations are for husbands and wives together. Each Marriage Encounter includes 3 couples and the counselors. One spouse attending alone is not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment is due in full at time of registration. There is a 100% refund if canceled 90 days prior to retreat date. There is a 50% refund if cancelled 30-90 days prior to the retreat.  No refund will be granted within 30 days of the retreat.

CHECK-IN:

The Refuge Marriage Encounter begins with check-in at 5:00pm on Wednesday and check-out at 4:00pm on Sunday. The reason we start on Wednesday evening is two-fold. This allows time for couples to check-in and get settled. It also provides time for an important meet and greet and discussion about what the process will be for the next four days.

FACILITIES:

The Refuge is an all-inclusive 5,000 square foot ranch style house. All bedding and towels are provided, as are meals, snacks, and drinks.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

The Refuge will accommodate special diets due to allergy restrictions. Accommodation of preferred, special diets (Ex: Keto, low carb, Paleo, etc.) will not be accommodated.
